QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business or any related course.
•With at least 2 years work experience as HR
•Well rounded in all facets of HR including: Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare etc.
•With good analytical ,leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Flexible and can work under pressure
The HR Supervisor is responsible in providing support in various HR functions, which include recruitment, employee relations and welfare, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefits and others.
Can develop and implement company policies and processes.
Consider employee welfare, safety , wellness and health counseling.
Develop compensation and benefits program.
Promotes workplace safety, equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organizations.
Explain and monitors implementation of HR policy.
Dealing with grievances and implementation disciplinary procedures.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concern are brought forth.
Willing to work at FPIP Sta.Anastacia Sto.Tomas Batangas.
Can start as soon as possible.
Atleast 30 to 40 years old.
