Safeguard DNA Diagnostic Inc. (SDDI) is a Philippine joint venture company created to provide a molecular diagnostic laboratory that can rapidly detect and identify primarily infectious diseases. Thereby addressing the need for accurate, accessible, and very affordable COVID-19 testing (RT-PCR) in the Phililppines.
We are looking for an HR & Administration (HR&A) Officer to support and administer the overall function of Human Resources and Administration. The HR&A will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of HR related processes, as well as day-to-day activities for the SDDI-Davao office. Ther responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and memorandums
Validate and monitor details of payroll compensation and benefits
Conduct the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct performance management to probationary and regular employees according to their KRA and KPI
Prepare and administer training and developmental initiatives programs for an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Monitor and organize HR related files
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office
Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair
Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically
Requirements:
Candidate must have
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field
at least 3 years' experience as a Generalist handling Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation and Engagement, and Training and Organizational Development
Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Law
Proficiency in MS Office
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
