Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
Minimum of 1 year relative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Strong organizational and multi tasking skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Employee Relation
Recruitment & Selection
Training & Development
Assist in Policy Making and Implementation
Database Keeper and Monitoring
Issuance of Memorandum and Notices
Assist in handling legal concerns if applicable
Assist in overall administrative functions
