HR / ADMIN OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable and with strong background in Handling Personnel, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation Benefits
Knowledgeable in handling complaints, Labor Laws, employment regulations and administrative investigation process
With working knowledge in Accounting and Payroll
At least 1-3-years of relevant experience in all facets of HR/Admin works
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentation)
Can work in fast paced environment with less supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in HRDM or any related course
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deal with employee's attendance record, compile and verify hours worked and post information into designated records;
Calculate and include deductions such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, tardiness and absences;
Handle complaints or questions regarding working hours discrepancies
Manual payroll for 20- 50 employees with all the relevant calculations.
Handles the petty cash vouchers.
Process documentation and prepare reports such as monthly expenses report and other financial reports.
Organization of teambuilding's and company events.
Helping the operation with any needs and requests of the managers.
