Job description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Can work with minimum supervision, ability to multitask with strong attention to detail, organization and time management,
Strong interpersonal skills,
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested in order to achieve goals and objectives without compromising cost of quality service.
To maintain strict confidentially on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
Performs other functions related and deemed necessary as assigned by the Division Head and the Management,
Ensure compliance of company policies and other legal requirements
Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.
Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Updating and maintaining of employee records;
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
