Our service is present nationwide in 77 cities.Job Responsibilities:In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Manages statutory filings, endorsements, employee enrollments, and SSS sickness benefit computations.Ensures timely uploading and submission of PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG loan and contribution records via their respective portals and the E-Gov system for payment processing.Liaises with government agencies regarding employee benefit claims and addresses related queries on behalf of employees.Coordinates with PhilCare for HMO enrollment of newly hired employees, removal of resigned employees, and requests for LOAs (Letters of Authorization).Monitors compliance with government-mandated and company-provided employee benefits.Facilitates PNB payroll account opening for newly hired employees.Maintains and updates employee records, both in digital and physical formats.Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.Attendance monitoring of employees and service providers.Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.Process employees' requests and provide relevant information.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Develop and maintain a filing system.Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.Provide orientations for new hire employees.Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc).Additional tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.Qualifications:Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 3 years working experience in the same fieldProven expertise in handling payroll, statutory benefits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)Knowledgeable in payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to meet deadlinesProficient in microsoft office (excel, word, ppt), Gsuit (googlesheet, docs, etc)Willing to report onsite in Poblacion, Makati
