MVP Asia Pacific is looking for a talented HR Admin with Payroll experience for one of our clients based in Australia.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruitment for the Australian market
• Payroll
• Processing Posting job ads and sourcing candidates via job websites
• Interview via phone Trials (setting up schedules with managers/Sending a trial invitation to candidates)
• Sending new hire documents
• Coordinating with managers for the trial result and employee details
• Setting up / Deactivate Tanda Profile
• Creating and sending contracts for new hire and rehire
• Sending inactive reports to payroll (along with new hires)
• Updating employee list for every new hire and inactive employees and any amendments with the contracts
• Creating and sending amendment letters for any changes in their contracts (location, min hours, salary rate, position, etc.)
• Sending new hire and inactive reports
• Forwarding/coordinating payroll concerns from employees and managers
• Providing help if needed (reports, etc.)
Other tasks:
• Roster Adjustment
• FWO Audit
• Jobkeeper Coordination/Documentation
• Answering, resolving, and coordinating concerns from employees and managers
• Internal Audit (Employee records)
• Other tasks requested by managers
Qualifications
• Australian HR experience (at least 2-3 years), preferably in the hospitality industry
• Needs to have experience doing Australian recruiting
• Need to have experience recruiting for the Australian market
• Very good communication skills
• Payroll experience (Xero)
