Is currently looking for:
HR / ADMIN / ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Description:
Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems.
Prepares payroll of employees.
Keeps disbursement records and follow up employees for unliquidated funds.
Checks liquidation of implemented projects.
Prepares invoices/billings, Posts cash receipts. Accounts receivable receipts, and accounts receivable invoices.
Follow up account receivables from client.
Manage office supplies and purchases.
Performs other duties as assigned by the accountant.
Reports directly to Operations Manager and performs tasks assigned from time to time.
Plan meetings, conference calls and arrange/manage meetings.
Take and distribute meeting minutes and maintains electronic and physical files.
Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
Coordinate work space, computer, and supplies in the office.
Familiar with filling HR government mandatories for company's compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven accounting/HR/Admin experience (at least 1 year)
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT), databases and accounting software
Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers and a strong command of English, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ Finance Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
With high level of work ethics, honest and with a high sense of professionalism.
Must be willing to work in Mandaue City, Philippines.
