The Human Resource Associate handles training enrollment, recruitment coordination, onboarding arrangement, employment-related inquiries, provides general support for various HR employee activities within the organization and administrative requirements as needed.
The HR Associate has the following responsibilities:
HR Associate will help organize, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the HR/Admin team.
Recruitment
Maintains applications, resumes, and applicant logs
Handles the recruitment efforts by managing the job portal, reviewing and paper screening all candidates for certain skills required and qualifications, including phone screenings if needed
Facilitate recruitment tests
Schedule all interview with candidates
Coordinates with various team heads to prepare an efficient guide
Timely coordination with applicants regarding the recruitment process, position job description, scheduling, status of their applications
Onboarding
Prepares onboarding kit and essentials
Coordinate and inform the new hire about the induction schedules and checklist
Gather and process paperwork for onboarding requirements, verifying completion
Collaborate with reporting manager to maintain and update an efficient HR database
Engagement
Provide assistance and administrative support in all employee engagement preparations and activities.
Assist in activity implementation
Training
Facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of employees for workshops, seminars, or webinars
Inform and coordinate to trainees the itinerary, important details, and calendar invitation
Maintains appropriate records and employee files as needed
Escalate concerns to the HR team in a timely manner and monitor to ensure resolution.
Prepare general monitoring tracker for all HR activities
Provide assistance and support to the HR manager for any ad hoc HR task.
Admin assistance
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledgeable of software or related tool (MS office) and comfortable doing trackers (excel, Google forms)
Academic background in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
Internship experience in the related field is required for this position
At least a year of relevant experience in HR field
Creative, proactive, and reliable
Personable and professional demeanor; enjoys working with a diverse range of individuals; comfortable talking to people
Highly organized, efficient and has exemplary attention to detail
