Job Summary
The Hotel Admin is responsible for obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
RECRUITEMENT
HR recruitment are required to fill vacancy and deploy new or for replacement of employee within thirty (30) days as this is essential part of operation;
ON BOARDING AND EMPLOYMENT
Conduct proper pre-boarding of the employee;
In charge of employees relation pertaining to internal and external communication specifically for OPERATIONS
Ensure compliance of employees on their job description. Monitor and conduct employee’s evaluation.
Monitor monthly employees accomplishment and in charge of employees monthly evaluation
Coordinate with AGENCY pertaining to hiring, monitoring, training, JD, implementation, billing and reprimand.
Shall be responsible on coordinating with agency on employee’s performance including leaves, absences, evaluation and recommending action to it.
Implementing sanctions to employees when approved and required.
Strictly implementing company’s policy and procedure by issuing employees reprimands
Act upon incident report with 24 hours
Recommend policy and procedure to improve HRD towards company’s goal.
Improve employee’s competency by providing plans and recommending employees program for development
Create training program and conduct them regularly to strengthen competence of employees
Facilitate and provide exit clearance and properly conduct proper exit procedure for all employees including notification to 3rd party and inter office memorandum
In charge of 201 file opening, making sure of completeness and updating of all files both on digital and physical record.
Coordinate with agency pertaining to employee’s performance evaluation
Conduct and recommend agency performance and evaluation and implement those improvement regularly
Responsible for agency coordination
Checking and approval of proper scheduling of manpower prior to submission to payroll officer for compliance
Communication and notification to all parties concern when required
Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director.
Performs any tasks assigned / directed to their subordinates in their absence.
