Job Description
We're looking for an ambitious, hardworking and hands-on recruitment administrator to help build our network of engineering workers.
The main focus of this role is to create very high quality client's profiles for every worker in our network. client's profiles are based on a combination of information already available from the worker's CV, plus additional information you will gain by asking questions from a pre-set list we will provide you with.
Key Responsibilities:
· Use our internal tool to create client's profiles for workers
· Interpret CV's and input the most useful information to their BuildStream profile
· Arrange and undertake 15 - 20 minute calls with workers to find additional information
· Maintain a high standard of quality while working efficiently through a list of 1,000+ worker profiles
Nice to have
Previously worked in recruitment
Already has a network of workers or clients in energy, engineering or infrastructure
Some technical knowledge from energy, engineering or infrastructure (such as understanding qualifications and technical terms)
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English
Confidence and clarity when speaking on the phone
Ability to use Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc)
Enjoys structured tasks which require a thorough, detailed approach
Able to provide feedback to the team about improving our processes

Working hours
Midshift or Nightshift ; Monday - Friday
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT with at least 8GB RAM
Good internet connection with at least 10MBPS upload and download speed
