Recruiting Management.

Job Specifications.
Monitor and Track:
Hours for all Employees (Including Members for us with Outsourced and any other 3rd party Outsourced Company(s).)
Job Performance of individual Employees/Members.
Recruiting:
Post Jobs for US Based Hire.
Post/Request Jobs for Outsourced to work US Hire.
Compose Hiring Tests based on:
Logical Thinking Test.
Mathematical Test.
Attention to Detail Tests.
Detail Oriented Tests.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION (At least 10 MBPS)
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PC/LAPTOP (at least 8 GB RAM)

Training: 11PM - 8AM Manila Time
You will work from 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila time
