Job Description
In this role, you will take ownership of the bookkeeping and accounting for the business. The role is a blend of transactional processing and financial/management accounting covering everything from bank reconciliations through to assisting in board reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO this is an opportunity to join the business at the beginning of a growth phase with opportunities to elevate as the company expands
· Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliation process, including the processing of transactions and journals as well as responsibility for maintaining the integrity of key balance sheet accounts.
· Completion of statutory requirements, BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, superannuation, and income tax returns
· Maintain and manage monthly rolling cash flow forecast
· Own the month end accounting close
· Preparation of budgets and forecasts
· Oversee statutory and compliance obligations
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· Bank reconciliations
· Processing and lodgement of Activity statements across Australia and New Zealand
· Supervise and manage payroll
· Work collaboratively with the leadership team and broader business
· Execution of various ad hoc financial analysis and tasks, within set timelines, as and when required
· Development and championing of internal control processes
· Support the annual audit process
· Undertake analysis of monthly budget vs actual to produce variance analysis report
Qualifications
· Accounting degree
· CA or CPA qualified
· 4 years' experience in similar company accounting role with hands on approach covering the above duties
· Experience using Xero
· Experience with Cin7 is desirable
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills
· Proactive approach and positive attitude
· Strong ability to solve problems, offer solutions and make decisions
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and the ability to multi-task
Work Hours:
Hours of work are between 11:00AM-3:00PM MANILA Time

Willing to use own equipment with good internet connection
Working schedule : 7AM - 4PM/ 6AM -3PM MANILA TIME
