About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
 
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience handling screening calls, and the ability to manage documentation and follow-up with applicants efficiently.
 
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and organized recruitment workflow while supporting the HR team and hiring managers.
 
Qualifications:
1-2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up proactively.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data entry tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Screening
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Post, update, and manage job listings across various platforms.
Documentation & Follow-Up
Collect, verify, and organize required documents from applicants.
Follow up consistently to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
Assist with background checks, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant files.
Onboarding Support
Assist new hires through the onboarding process, including forms, training schedules, and system setup.
Prepare onboarding packets and ensure all required documents are completed.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure new employees are set up for success.
HR Administration & Data Entry
Enter and maintain employee and applicant data in HR systems and tracking tools.
Support HR with record-keeping, personnel file updates, and compliance.
Manage calendars, reminders, and process tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
