What you will be doing:
Maintain corporate financial records in compliance with Australian regulations.
Project Accounting
Assist in the Development of Financial Administration and Control
Liaise with management to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Financial reporting and analysis
Data processing of Accounts Payable invoices
Reconciliation of Supplier and Client accounts
Daily posting of bank transactions
Data entry
Maintain project financial records including system files and electronic records
Responding to and actioning both client and internal queries via phone and email
Assist with any other administrative tasks as requested.
Who we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills
Background in accounting, preferably project accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards is a plus
Experience in project management software and XERO is an advantage.
