Job Qualification:
Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns
Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue
Converse with clients using appropriate language
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns
Job Qualifications:
Must have good English or Spanish communication skills
Strong customer service personality and able to be questionable
At least 6 months of Technical support experience in a BPO setting
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
