Job Description:
As a DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounts Payable Specialist you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relevant AP reporting. Day to day you will be making significant contributions to our partner's operations and get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Review invoices for sales tax, fees, etc. prior to sending for budget holder approvals via Tipalti
Manage daily correspondence and AP disputes with vendors via Zendesk ticketing system.
Setting up draft payment runs for Controller approval.
Establish and maintain AP processes by gaining internal stakeholder buy-in.
Managing synchronization errors between AP system (Tipalti) and accounts system (Xero).
Oversee vendor onboarding and management.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
Process bank reconciliations for AP items.
Support team as needed on ad-hoc accounting, cross-functional collaboration, and finance projects.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Experience managing client communications, AP systems (Tipalti) and/or ticketing systems (Zendesk) experience a plus.
Excel (ideally v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) and G-suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) experience.
Experience with ERP systems such as Xero or QuickBooks, Xero Accounting software experience a plus.

Salary Range: Php 37,500- Php ,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (UK Time)
