Job Description:
The DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting Analyst is a dynamic and detail-oriented accounting role that is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations. You will apply your professional expertise while resolving a variety of accounting matters and you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our partner's financial operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare monthly financial reports by pulling data from the Syncore ERP and QuickBooks
Utilize critical thinking and math skills to analyze key financial data and provide feedback with
proposed solutions, compiling this data into a report format.
Assist with journal entries, bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation and analysis,
including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs actual comparisons.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate balance discrepancies
Perform audits of key accounts
Review bank reconciliations for accuracy and irregularities
Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities
Create and implement budgets
Work collaboratively with other finance team members
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of General Accounting and Auditing experience.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title is preferred
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workplace
Proficient in QuickBooks Online required & QuickBooks Desktop preferred
Strong exposure to Syncore ERP.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 55,000- Php 65,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
