OE Support - Business Operations Analyst (Designer, 502)
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team directs the business change function for Home Lending. The department manages the intake, planning, monitoring and tracking of projects and change requests submitted by the business teams to implement regulatory or business driven changes that impact systems, operating procedures, investor guidelines, customer letters and employee training. The OE team also has direct responsibility for managing operating procedures, policies and operational communications.
This position will serve as a Designer within the OE Support Delivery team using DreamWeaver to publish documents made available to Home Lending employees across numerous web platforms including Chase Answers and FSD. The position will also support additional content publishing and remediation of HTML coding issues.
Responsibilities to include - but are not limited to formatting, designing and publishing web content, to include:
· Procedures
· Guidelines
· Communications
· Business managed documents
· SharePoint
· Company Intranet
Applicants must be able to work within deadlines in a fast paced environment and possess strong problem solving and relationship management skills. This position also requires the ability to manage multiple functions and tasks while staying within departmental SLA's.
Qualifications
Degree in Visual Communication, Technology, Web Design or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of two year experience as a web content developer preferred
Proven ability to complete front end web design and back end development functionality
Experience with Adobe products mainly: Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Strong HTML and CSS required, JavaScript knowledge
Proven ability to perform with ambiguous or changing direction
Ability to work at a high energy level and with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Team oriented attitude
Demonstrated ability to handle workload and adjust schedule as required to meet the needs of the business
