Job Description:
Position Summary
The Implementation Analyst engages with their aligned business partners to identify, submit and fully assess change requests for impacted business processes and support items (procedures, guidelines, letters, trainings, communications, etc.). They coordinate with the business SME to ensure full understanding of changes needed. The analyst then performs the writing for all procedures and operational communications associated with the change, as well as facilitating the approval process on these items.
The analyst also supports business partners in obligation remapping efforts, as well as project intake and Strategic Priority Assessment (SPA) facilitation functions. They work closely with support partners such as Letters, Guidelines, Process Mapping, IT and Training to coordinate and track the completion of all non-procedure impacts associated with the changes they manage.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work with Approved Requestors (ARs) prior to and during initial CR creation, ensuring CR submission for is accurate and complete
2. Work with business to complete procedure updates and communications
3. Facilitate approvals for procedure and communications
4. Assist in identification and facilitation of required business assessments for change requests
5. In parallel with business assessing impacts, ensure CRs submission form is accurate and complete
6. Ensure all impacted items identified and dependencies confirmed for CR
7. Support business with remapping efforts
8. Provide Fulfillment team with fully assessed CRs
9. Manage Project Intake and SPA
Knowledge and Experience
1. Strong communication, assignment management and business partnership ability
2. Prior technical writing and process document experience
3. Knowledge of home lending process and organizational structure
4. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
5. Ability to handle multiple assignments with the ability to prioritize effectively based on business needs
