Job Description:
Position Summary
The Manila Support Team Lead is a senior level position responsible for managing a team of analysts providing analytical, web development, SharePoint, access management and control functions for The Home Lending Organizational Effectiveness department.
Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of technical and control analysts
· Develop a deep understanding of Organizational Effectiveness systems and processes
· Effectively coordinate with stateside managers to ensure analysts are focused on the correct deliverables and priorities for the functions they are aligned with
· Partner to drive business-specific efficiency/service/control programs in partnership with stateside functional managers
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· 5+ years of experience within MIS/Analytics and Technology support roles
· 3+ years of experience leading teams of technical analyst functions
· Demonstrated team building and talent development experience
· Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and presentations Excellent communication, project management, business analysis and client partnership ability
· Strong knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and content management systems preferred
· Working knowledge of SharePoint (including InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer), Adobe Create Suite (Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Photoshop), HTML, CSS and JavaScript
· Strong leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with their team, counterparts and across disparate functions
· The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of technical and business management skills
