Job Non Voice account
Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
Manages computer/online guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
1. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
2. Must be conversant in the English language
3. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field; High School graduates are welcome with or without BPO Experience
