Job Description:
This position will work closely with the Operation, Support, and Business Development leadership team to develop and review pricing for new and existing clients for the English World and Asia Pacific (EWAP). The primary focus is advising Operational, Sales, and Financial leadership on details related to pricing and financial contracting process while defining, developing, and implementing best practices for the pricing, financial modeling, and financial contracting department in response to B2B BPO RFP's including contact centers, back-office transactions and other operations across all verticals. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will play a key role in supporting our business leaders by providing analysis and context on proposed deals. You will be responsible for understanding company and team goals and working with team members to meet those goals.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in the BPO industry or in the Finance or Mathematics discipline.
-Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required.
-Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
-Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company is a must.
-Experienced contract reviews from a financial perspective preferred.
-Ability to think strategically and contribute to development of business vision and priorities.
-Experienced professional with an extensive background with Excel modeling, financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables, VBA, and formulas and the use of web-based systems.
-Must have the ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines for special projects.
-Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint.
-Experienced with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required.
-Competent in decision-making and problem solving.
-Detail oriented yet able to present complex analyses in concise and actionable manner to all levels within the organization.
-Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
-Pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks.
