DUTIES:
Responsible in providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email and chat and web
Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principle
Record trend of calls and recognizing outages proactively
Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer Issues
