Underwriting Division

Early Career Analyst Program Description

Over the two-year duration of the program, successful candidates will work in a dynamic environment combining formal and experience-based training alongside meaningful and rewarding work experience. What we're looking for:
Graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
Enthusiastic and committed to pursuing a career in the global insurance industry.
Personal competencies
Strong planning and problem-solving skills, organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity;
Business performance skills - business acumen, drive for results and greenfield thinking;
Strong interpersonal skills - particularly collaboration and engagement skills;
Sound communication skills - including written and verbal/presentation skills.
