Job Description:
• Response to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
• Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Must have completed at least 2 years in College (any course, no back subjects).
• With or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• At least 18 years old and above
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Willing to work at CONDUENT Mall of Asia, Pasay City
• Amenable to Night Shift, Shifting Schedule
• Fresh graduates or no call center experience are welcome to apply
• Pre-employment requirements should be ready
• Can work as Project Based Agent
• Can start ASAP
Recruitment Process:

Salary Package:
Without BPO Experience: 15,500 basic + 1,500 allowance
With experience: 17,500 basic + 1,500 allowance
