Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross-sell value-added services to various customers.
Must be/have:
6 months to 1 year experience in a customer service related industry preferably a call center job
a Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
proficient in using a computers and related technologies
with above average communication skills in English
willing to start immediately
confident and professional in speaking to customers
must have valid NBI (6 months to 1 year validity from date of joining)
willing to work in shifting schedules
willing to be assigned in Cebu insular
