We are looking for passionate BAKERS to join our team at Premium Bakery 27°C' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh, high-quality baked goods for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Mixing, kneading and shaping bread dough according to recipes
Operating baking equipment to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
Decorating and finishing baked items such as cakes, pastries and tarts
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to meet food safety standards
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
Collaborating with the broader bakery team to meet production targets
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in a commercial bakery setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately
Good time management and organisational skills to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent high-quality baked goods
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
