Summary of the position:
 
You will be responsible to establish the first point of contact and qualify prospects for the sales of Online Presence Package of 411 Locals, in a call center environment. Creates interest in taking advantage of introductory rates offered by 411 Locals and successfully transitions high percentage of qualified calls to closers. Works in collaboration with other departments and functions of the company to achieve sales, and provide support in managing the quality, growth, and continuity of the OMC Department. 
 
You will receive a base salary (20K PHP + 5K PHP Attendance Bonus) plus uncapped commissions.   
 
Prior experience is not required, however, any sales experience is a big plus. We have daily training and our own proprietary Sales University to help you become a master at sales yourself. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
To be assigned to a company designed Sales Campaign project which has its own deliverables, KPIs, procedures and SPIFF programs. An OMC sales agent will have to summarily agree to follow the campaign guidelines, plans and targets and work towards maximizing these in the best interest of the campaign and the organization. An OMC sales agent will also agree to abide by the rules governing assignment to and out of the campaign.
