Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Hindi Language
Open for Filipino who is fluent in Hindi
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder in Nursing, Medical Technology or any related
medical courses
Medical knowledge or experience would be a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Filing of all medical events and reportable malfunctions within the required timeframe.
Responsible in complaint investigation and reporting
Manages communication and follow-up of critical complaints.
Ensure all inquiries and complaints are auctioned as per procedures
