Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations
1.1. Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the HIMAP Office
1.2. Supervision of the Secretariat, Programs Officers, Associates, Consultants and Sub-Contractors
1.3. Supervision of the membership fee collection in an efficient manger to fund projects
1.4. Recruitment and retention of highly qualified professionals that make-up the Secretariat and program management team
1.5. Proposal of project budgets and submission of the periodic Financial Statements in coordination with the Accounting team
1.6. Submission of project resports in coordination with the Program Managers and/or consultants
1.7. General Business Management * Project management
2.1. Overall Project Oversight. Management, oversee and execute the various projects of the Association under the guidance of the Board of Trustees and in coordination with the Secretariat/Program Managers, members and external HIMAP partners such as donors and sponsors
2.2. HIMS Conference. Oversee successful delivery of the major conferences organized by HIMAP such as HIMS and HIMSCON, in coordination with the Conference Manager and/or assigned event organizer, from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation
2.3. International Marketing. Lead the Philippine delegation to annual trade missions, as identified by the Marketing Committee, in coordination with the Marketing Program Manager and/or subcontractors
2.4. Marketing and Communications. Oversee official HIMAP publications, production of marketing collaterals, and online platform management, as channels to advance public understanding, memberengagement and information dissemination of the various initiatives, activities and advocacies of the Association:
2.4.1.Official Press Releases and Statements
2.4.2.Official Website, Social Media channels such as Facebook, Linkedin and others
2.4.3.Other marketing tools and collaterals on a project or event basis
2.5. Capability Development. Oversee the delivery of various talent development and capability building projects and activities, as identified by the Capability Development Committee, in coordination with the Capability Development Program Manager and/or subcontractors
2.5.1.Enablement Seminar Series
2.5.2.Partner School Program
2.5.3.Other Capability Development Projects as identified
2.6. Information and Research. Oversee the publication of relevant industry studies and regular reports about the Philippine Healthcare Information Management sector and delivery of research projects, as identified by the Information and Research Committee, in coordination with the assigned Program Manager and/or subcontractors * Internal Affairs. Member Relations and Involvement
3.1. HIMAP membership promotion to grow the Association in quantity and quality
3.2. Membership engagement through the quarterly General Membership Meetings, monthly association events, membership benefits, email management and addressing general member inquiries and requests
3.3. Stakeholder and Relationship Management
3.4. Coordination with the Membership and Ethics Committee, in coordination with the assigned Program Manager and/or subcontractors * External Affairs. Industry Promotion and Business Development
4.1. Promotion of HIMAP as the country's reputable organization representing the Philippine Healthcare information Management Services industry
4.2. Representation at various country-branding activities abroad, as well as at countryside roadshows
4.3. Investor briefing and prospective client industry presentations
4.4. Pursuit of business leads, activation, and referral to identified member-companies
4.5. Close coordination with the various Philippine Trade & Investment Centers around the world for investment and services promotions outside the country
4.6. Relationship management with relevant affiliated organizations, government partners, sponsors, academe and media
4.7. Other industry-related meetings, presentations, legislative hearings, media interviews and representations as called for
Qualifications: * Work experience in a similar organization or association is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the management supervision of teams
College graduate from a reputable university or college
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer and social media literate
Project Management skills a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours
