MedRisk, Inc. -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need an experienced Helpdesk Associate to be part of their team!
The Helpdesk Associate is responsible for supporting MedRisk's Manila staff both on site and remotely, by providing technical support and guidance with regards but not limited to computers, applications, systems and hardware issues and concerns.
The role should also show an understanding of service desk support and must demonstrate willingness to learn or has completed related certification in the industry.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and resolve technical support requests of MedRisk Manila employees
Accurate identification of the issue, research, isolation, resolution and follow up prior to case/ticket closure
Examples of common requests includes but not limited to: Horizon Client issues, Mitel phone support, password resets, home network connectivity.
Proper escalation of open and unresolved concerns following the company's established escalation procedure• Prioritization of reported IT related incidents for better accommodation and resolution with minimal impact in MedRisk's operations.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Proper documentation of issues encountered, resolved and escalated
Perform daily IT operational tasks
Point of contact for all IT support in MedRisk Manila operations• Other related duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related courses (eg but not limited to; Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
3-4 years of related working experience
IT related certifications is a plus
Experience with software, hardware and connectivity
Knowledge of recent IT and technology trends
Strong troubleshooting skills is required
Ability to decide and work independently
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Time management skills in order to meet set deadlines• Strong organizational skills required with keen attention to details
Experience in US healthcare industry is a plus
Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Mandaluyong City
BENEFITS
Salary package of P45K-P60K/month (depending on work experience)
HMO Coverage up to Php 200,000 maximum benefit limit
