Job Description
A medical customer service representative performs informational and service-related duties on behalf of a medical provider or health care company, typically at a call center or office. You may also make calls to clients to assess their service experience or inform them about changes in their services.
Educational Qualification
At least 3 years in nursing, graduate of any medical allied or non-medical allied (fresher are welcome).
Skills Qualification
1. Good English communication skills
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Strong comprehension ability
4. Knowledge of clinical terminologies / processes
5. Willing to work in a fixed night schedule
