Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities.
Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements.
Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account
Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits
Good verbal and written English skills
Knowledge with MS Tools
Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shifts
