JOB TITLE: Health Insurance Customer Service
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
Providing extant and prospective members with the details of network providers.
Ensuring that your workspace remains tidy and that you are equipped with all relevant tools and resources.
Salary and Benefits:
19,000 to 23,000 Salary Package
10% Nightshift differential pay
HMO Day 1
Retirement Plan
Life Insurance
Medical and dental reimbursement
Job Qualification:
College graduate: 6 months BPO experience handling international voice account
Completed 2 years college: 1-year BPO experience handling international voice account
HS Grad: 2 years BPO experience handling international voice account.
Healthcare the account is only a plus
At least 25 MBPS internet connection
Amenable to work in UP Technohub QC
Amenable to shifting and night shift schedule
Excellent communication skills
