Description
• Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded.
• Assist customers through chat system and email
• Will respond to fax, telephone and web inquiries from customers.
• Responsible in handling customer calls.
• Will handle other duties/projects as assigned.
• Provide information on products and services to customers.
• Provide excellent display of customer service.
• Candidate must also have Technical resources (10mpbs wifi speed and a Laptop/desktop)
