Your Role
Roles related to the sales and marketing of products, and the identification and fostering of alliances and new business opportunities. Includes jobs which are fully responsible for the whole commercial functional area.
Strategy Implementation
Understanding the global / regional divisional strategy as well as the respective sub-strategy for Philippines
Feedback information to divisional reginal important for the strategy formulation with regards to Philippines.
Together with staff development / maintain / adapt local strategy in line with the regional / global strategy as well as local company'sstrategy. Strategy has to be approved by the divisional regional leadership.
Document and communicate strategy constantly to all relevant parties
Review the strategy in regular intervals, latest in the event of a change of global / regional or local strategy.
Marketing management
Structure Marketing Management according to market needs and in line with global / regional strategy.
Plan, introduce and measure Marketing activities in line with global / regional divisional strategy
Ensure consistent and clear positioning and key messages into the market.
Control portfolio based on a consolidated margin basis only profitable products to be offered and maintained.
Minimize dependency on individual products / products groups by developing multiple, equally strong businesses.
Maintain most effective dealer structure in line with global and local strategy.
Actively analyze activities of the competitors.
Sales management
Structure sales force according to strategy.
Measure & maximize sales force effectiveness.
Train sales force according to job requirements.
Actively use and manage business tools for business enhancement with efficient manners.
Business Development
Actively screen market for new opportunities in terms of industries, applications and regions.
Evaluate opportunities and under budget considerations select the ones with the best prospects.
Control effectiveness of the selected business development activities.
Business Operation
Actively control sales and consolidated margin development.
Control pricing and discounting accordingly to market and strategy requirements
Introduce and control automated and standard process for quotations, customer orders and returns,
Control expenses in line with global targets, strategic and operational plans.
Manage OP process for business within the targets and timeframes given.
Manage financial KPI to ensure profitable and sustainable business operation.
Maintain an effective sales & operation planning process and liaise with ISCO and RMTC to ensure
Fast and compliant regulatory processes
Stock policy in line with strategy
Control requirements for import processes
Control requirements for local inventory management
Delivery processes and standards
Relationship management
Visit customers frequently and ensure solid and positive relationship with KOL.
Stay close to distributor partners to build strong cooperation atmosphere.
Know and monitor all major supplier in market segment.
Keep regular contact and communicate with regional functions
Maintain excellent relationship to key government organizations.
Leadership
Maintain a good working atmosphere by action as a role model with presenting company values.
Roll-out company and group programs
Complete and meaningful implementation of Commitment program to ensure performance management properly.
Ensure that succession plan for key positions is in place at any point in time
Development staff competency according to company needs and staff abilities.
Actively control recruitment process to ensure appropriate staffing.
Control salary and incentive structure within global / regional strategic direction.
Responsible for the adherence of all staff to laws, guidelines and Code of Conduct.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree
Strong commercial mindset is required
Minimum 7-10 years of similar / related experience and background is a must
Dealer management experience is an essential criteria
High-level of integrity is expected from this role
