We are looking for Head of Search Marketing to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities: link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

-Develop long- and short-term SEO strategies
-Create process manuals and process maps for SEM
-Produce regular reports for directors and senior management
-Work with multiple different brands and manage multiple accounts & projects
-Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends
-Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging, relevant content
-Coordinate social media and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with search engine marketing (SEM) strategists
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize further
-Stay on top of SEO best practices and marketing trends
-Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to improve organic traffic
-Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
-Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
-Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
-Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
-Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements
-Working PC with minimum RAM of 6GB
-Minimum 16 inch monitor
-Suitable home-office environment
-Must have experience or willing to work in an agency environment
-Proven SEO Manager experience
-Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google
-Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
-In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
-Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
-Knowledgeable in building quality backlinks through the use of domain analysis tools such as SEMRush, AHREFS or other similar platforms
-Capable of working with the default WordPress editor and other common front-end editors like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder and other similar plugins
-Strong experience with HTML/CSS
-Expertise in current SEO best practices
-Knowledge in using content management systems (CMS) to optimize websites
-Working knowledge of SEO copywriting and UI design skills
-Solid background in strategy for traditional and digital media channels
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Analytical, results-driven mindset
