Managing Medical Sales Representatives to achieve national annual financial and strategic goals
- Implementing national-level strategic sales deployment and direction plans
- Monitoring, and improving key performance indicators, as identified by regional metrics - tracking record of sales/exceeding projects and target objectives
- Manage key strategic account relationships
- Work with internal partners to obtain resources that will assist team in the achievement of the regional plan
- Completing required reports within designated timeframes
- Based in Metro Manila. Managing all MESRs/RSMs nationwide
- experienced as a head of sales for both government and private accounts
- familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent teamwork and networking skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- ability to travel frequently
- strong negotiation and sales skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
