What You'll Do
You will lead dynamic teams and set the strategy for Emma's P&O APAC team, ensuring the region is fully self-standing.
You will analyze, improve, and even disrupt the teams' operational setup, internal processes, and connected strategies for increased productivity and excellence in the APAC region
You will develop and implement a strategic plan for Emma's APAC region, aligning it with the global strategy and commercial goals.
You will analyze trends, internal processes, and strategies to drive long-term success to Emma APAC's employer branding.
You will collaborate closely with commercial leaders in the APAC region to align P&O strategies with business objectives.
You will lead a team of leaders and team members to drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable results, continuous improvement, and personal development.
Who We're Looking For
You have at least 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in high-performance people teams, consulting, or similar environments.
Onsite work: Taguig City
You have a strong passion, ambition, commitment, and proven track record in building and growing high-functioning teams.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence decision-making across the organization.
You are capable of influencing and engaging leaders across the company as well as both internal and external stakeholders.
You have strong business acumen, enabling you to steer regional decisions.
You have proven to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple important topics simultaneously.
