Position Title:             Head of Operations
Department:               Operations                                                          Reporting to:              VPA/Head of Campus
 
General description: The head of operations assumes a key leadership role in managing operational aspects of the School.
 
Area of Responsibilities:
●       Coordinate closely with Head of Campus and report to MANCOM;
●       Oversee day to day operations of the School. Ensure efficient and effective operations in Cebu Campus;
●       Establish and carry out a precise plan that directs the operation of iACADEMY Cebu;
●       Oversees the administration of operations of the School facilities operations, security, facilities planning- including all construction and renovation projects and all  risk management;
●       Ensure that the campus meet all applicable government permits, regulations, environmental standards, health and security standards, as well as FCC's (Filinvest Cebu Cyberzone) house rules and standards. Oversees management of contract facilities services and third party services;
●       Heads the Crisis Management Committee in iACADEMY Cebu;
●       Responsible for safe-guarding the assets of the School  and ensuring that the operational needs of the school and its constituents are met following the best practices in IT, Purchasing and Facilities management;
●       Contribute to the income area of the school to add profitability by ensuring good student population and retention;
●       Ensures nil complaints from any stakeholders and partners;
●       Studies internal and external competition from regional and national schools that are in a comparable location and keeps up with the broader economic environment.
●       Prepares annual budget;
●       Look for expansion opportunities, new students, industry partners and takes advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance iACADEMY;
●       Works closely with Human Resources in obtaining qualified personnel for iACADEMY Cebu;
●       Evaluate the overall state of iACADEMY Cebu by implementing and refining policies and procedures and recommends where it can improve and what is doing well;
●       Represents iACADEMY Cebu in internal and external events;
●       Oversees plans for graduation;
●       Establish connections between students and reliable industry partners;
●       Continue and improve student placement after graduation;
●       Deepens and expand alumni ties;
●       Additional tasks may be given as deemed necessary by the Head of Campus and MANCOM.
