The right candidate is a data-driven business unit head with experience in both digital streaming video product development and operations as well as performance marketing and monetization in the streaming industry. Success for this role is the launch and immediate growth in audience and content creator community numbers.
Expected Working Hours and Timezone:
This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity with the flexibility to do part-time or full-time hours. You are expected to work for 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, shifting schedule in the Vietnam Timezone.

-Designing and implement go-to-market strategies for streaming products
-Managing the product P&L and ensure delivery of success-based KPIs
-Leading the creation of great content streams and partnership with content creators
-Maintaining view of total scope of content efforts including creator delivery roadmaps, in order to anticipate and manage CoP, technical dependencies and third party partners
-Developing programs to
continually
engage and sustain viewership and engagement
-Using CMS and video engagement analytics to drive insight to further new user acquisition growth.
-Conceptualizing and managing global and local level promotional campaigns including social, search, syndication and events, and other monetization strategies
Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years work experience
-Experience in managing digital streaming products in both operations and business
-Knowledge of broadcast industry and technology
-Strong team leadership skills in a fast-paced team dynamic
-Displays unconventional thinking and an appetite for innovation

-Knowledge of incident and risk management controls and processes
-Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methods
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Can effectively communicate complex concepts across various internal stakeholders
-Master's degree
