As Head ofSite, you'll build and scale teams from the ground up - across Operations (Brokerage, Accounts Receivable, Client Functions, Onboarding) and Finance (starting with Accounts Payable) - while ensuring the site becomes a high-performing, collaborative, and future-ready hub.Your expertise in Technology, Finance, or Operations will anchor you as both a credible functional leader and a trusted partner to their global stakeholders.What we're looking forWe're searching for a leader who thrives on growth, change, and opportunity - someone who's as comfortable with strategy as they are with rolling up their sleeves. You might be a seasoned General Manager, Executive Director, or Managing Director, or a standout SVP ready for the next big step.You'll bring:
Capital Markets experience
A track record of building and scaling teams/sites, ideally from scratch.
Depth in Operations, Finance, or Technology - with the ability to connect expertise to execution.
Strong connections in the Manila market - ideally a Filipino national or someone looking to return home.
Energy, creativity, and the drive to build with a 5-10 year vision and roadmap ahead of you.
