Head of IT Fraud
Arrangement: Hybrid of work from home and onsite in Taguig; Day shift; Monday to Friday

Team: Technology & Operations Customer Experience Management (CXM)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reports to the Solutioning, Delivery and Product Management (SDP) Head and manages Privacy, Security and Fraud Designers and Consultants. He/She ensures that the team conducts accurate risk assessments on projects and supports the business requirements to launch services securely and within committed timelines. The role is also
responsible in aligning with business strategies and technology partners to ensure that standards and design blueprints are available when the business decides to pursue.
1. Oversees and manages the development, review, enhancement and cascade of security designs and blueprints that will be used by solution architects and designers in designing and building infrastructure and software needs of the business. This includes aligning with business strategies and ingesting threat intelligence and telemetry from the Security Operations Center to ensure that security designs and blueprints are customized, relevant and effective in addressing key security and privacy risk and challenges.
2. Oversees, manages and orchestrates the end to end delivery of the Privacy, Security and Fraud Risk Assessment (PSFRA) for all the demands to ensure that relevant cybersecurity, privacy and fraud management controls are enforced prior launch of the new service capability.
3. Oversees and manages initiatives and projects focused on improving PSFRA compliance including automation (e.g. Infrastructure as Code, Secure SDLC), compliance monitoring, reporting and improvement plans to Leadership teams.
4. Facilitates conversion of SDP division's strategic plans into programs and initiatives with clear targets (deliverables and timelines) for the department through discussions and alignment with the division head, peers, subordinates, internal customers and other stakeholders.
5. Clearly cascades department strategies to direct reports and ensure proper alignment and definition of targets and KPI's.
6. Monitoring vendor performance in the execution of project milestones.
7. Manages the resolution and escalation of issues and concerns of department members through a variety of means (e.g. coaching, meetings, interventions, etc.)
8. Oversees the development of department documents by reviewing and approving for release to ensure accuracy and relevance of all documents.
9. Drives process improvement initiatives of the department working with the department heads in analyzing or evaluating plans and current processes.
10. Oversees the department's audit-related activities including the following: Audit Preparation, Audit Response, Closure of Audit Findings, Monitors the department's audit-related activities and follows through to submission of required documents/reports and closure of findings.
11. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
8-10 years experience of working in a Telco or IT, and 3-5 years of experience in Security Architecture and Design, Threat Modeling and Risk Management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Level of Knowledge:
Graduate of B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or any IT-related courses (should be 4-5 years course), Training in Information Security, ITSM, Project
Management, Business Process Admin, & Quality, Mandatory Certifications:CISA/CISM/CISSP
Preferably has certification: CCSA/CCSE, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE,RHCT/RHCE, CEH
