• 5+ years FP+A team leadership experience
• Lead and develop the Financial Planning and Analysis team
• Develop the virtual P/L
• Lead role for investor relations liaison
• Business partnering for the franchise and managed businesses
• Performance reporting
• Planning, forecasting, budgeting, deal review, and corporate development support
• Reports to Group CFO
• Undergraduate, Master's degree, or MBA from a reputable university
• Accountancy qualifications essential
• Resident and with a valid permit to work
• Retail or franchise experience preferred, start-up experience useful
• Proven experience in a large organization with world-class institutionalized accounting and financial management processes
• Proven experience at working in or leading international teams across multiple countries
• Ability to identify, lead, and drive organizational and process change in the finance and business functions
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Excellent analytical and planning skills
• Hard working, detail driven, motivated, and collaborative
• Highly adaptable and resilient
