The Finance Head is accountable for the overall financial management and controls for the company operations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations within the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization.
Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy.
Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
Review financial data and prepare accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.
Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards
Directs and organizes all accounting activities and finance personnel.
Providing financial results, information and insights (transparency, integrity and accuracy) to the Board to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Perform other duties as assigned related to financial works
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Commerce with specialization in accountancy
Able to start immediately or within short notice
at least 5 years' experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical skills, passionate, self-initiative, Critical mind-set
Good communication skills both in oral and written
Keen on details
Handles pressure well
Team player
Knowledgeable in Accounting System particularly in QuickBooks
