Job Description
In charge of an organization's finances and ensuring the company is as profitable as possible.
Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
Job Qualification
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related course.
Must have a CPA license or any equivalent certification.
At least 10 years' experience in finance related roles and at least 5 years in a management role.
Excellent command in English.
Strong analytical skills and experience in proactive strategic analyses and financial modelling.
Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze problems, design and implement solutions independently.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills - ability to manipulate and draw trends from vast amounts of data and present in an engaging and easily understandable format.
Highly team-oriented approach, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritize a number of conflicting demands to meet exacting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills - can work alongside and gain the trust and respect of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Credibility and confidence to challenge and propose better ways of doing things as well as build bridges and harmonize divergent interests and priorities.
Proven problem-solving skills and experience.
