Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager for Reward and C&B help contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring that compensation and benefits structure remain competitive. The Manager is also responsible for designing and managing compensation and benefits structures that will attract and retain a quality workforce. The overall health of the organization is anchored in hiring and retaining labor force through various means. The Manager is also expected to negotiate and administer healthcare and retirement plans. Other strategic and critical functions under this leader are: Reports & Analytics, Workday POC, and Automation Lead for HR.
Accountabilities
The HR Manager shall oversee the following functions:
Head the Center of Excellence for Reward and Compensation & Benefits function
Handle Reports and Analytics function for HR
Collaborate with RELX Global and Senior Leaders in the over-all Job Architecture of the organization aligned with global directions
Point of Contact for Workday processes under REPH
Taking role in all steps in the development, implementation and administration of the compensation and benefit related policies and procedures
Will be responsible for the job evaluations, benchmarking studies and salary surveys
Research and analyses salary rates and benefits of the company and benchmark them with market and make necessary reporting
Document and administer existing compensation programs, modules, policies and procedures & designs, develops and implements new ones
Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders for processing payroll and benefits
Oversee loan processing of government mandated benefits, process government reports
Records Management in Workday
Provides advanced consultative technical expertise, guidance and recommendations on base pay management and incentive programs
Manages the job analysis and evaluation process. Including reviewing job information with clients, and providing guidance, analyzing published survey data, identifying comparable external and internal position and formulating salary and grade recommendations such that they are externally competitive and internally equitable
Plays a lead role in the design and administration of base pay and incentive programs, including salary increases, the Annual Bonus Plan and recognition programs. Includes conducting advanced audits and creating financial modeling.
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree, any field
3 to 5 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Manager for a shared services, BPO or multinational organization with 1,500 to 5,000 FTEs
Hands on experience on pay and benefits structures and analysis
Experience working with Towers Watson or similar organizations
Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, market studies and labor/local employment laws
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Experience in Employee Relations is preferred but not required
