JLL Business Services is now looking to hire a Head of Business Continuity & Risk Management to be based in either: Gurugram, India; or Manila, Philippines. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with the career ambition of playing a key BCM role is a globally transformative organisation.
What this job involves:
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
You'll be on point for maintaining and improving JLL Business Services continuity management system. Driving the organisations BCM agenda, identifying strategic development directions and setting the course for meeting objectives will form a large part of your role. Do you have a continuous improvement mindset? In this role, you'll always have an eye on identifying opportunities for improvement and enjoy the redesign and execution of processes ensuring our methodologies are aligned with best industry standards and practices.
Threats & Crisis Management
Are you able to move rapidly from Strategic mindset and change initiatives to deliver urgent operational support? In this role you'll need to be comfortable with developing, updating and maintaining our sites incident management plans to ensure our sites are prepared to respond to major threats, whilst having the ability to quickly coordinate and drive responses to real time events. Naturally reflective, you will utilise and incorporate lessons learnt to ensure optimal results.
Risk Management
Utilising the best industry standards, you will maintain and improve our risk management framework. This will include performing risk analysis and outlook to support JLL Business Services senior leadership and determining the risk exposure and areas of focus.
Helping others
You understand the necessity of collaborating with leaders across multiple departments and multiple geographies to promote the "one JLL" ethos that sets our clients' needs and ambitions first. Whether its supporting with audit or compliances requests or working with JLL Technologies to ensure IT disaster recovery arrangements meet business requirements, you will be interacting regularly across the length of breadth of the global JLL business.

Experienced & certified

You'll need to be certified with a BCI, DRI or equivalent accreditation and have a clear and demonstrable track record of leading business continuity management systems. You should be comfortable with managing operational risks throughout the lifecycle and be decisive enough to make timely decisions when required.
A great communicator
Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You'll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important. You should be able to understand both business and IT worlds and communicate effectively one to the other.
