About our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of Automation Portfolio AI to join our Regional team in South East Asia, Oceania & India. In this role, you will accelerate complex X-functional transformation, incubation & Development projects.
You will be a key team member of the Network Operations Automation, Analytics & AI (AAAI) Leadership Team.
You will
Define and drive the AI and Analytics strategy, funding, and operating model, as well as the governance framework
Collaborate with group function units and business units to drive the AI and Analytics education and competence build-up, AI and Analytics incubation, adoption and rollout, as well as the related change management
Co-define Network operations Automation, AI & Analytics Portfolio strategy, and AI analytics strategy to enable business values such as the best customer experience.
Manage the transformation and evolvement of AI and Analytics platforms and applications.
Drive and govern the execution of the MOAI Network Operations Automation requirements.
Provide broad subject matter expertise in AAAI, including products and technology covering AI & Analytics, this also includes associated automation capabilities, as well as how the products and technologies shall be used to drive network performance and operational efficiency.
To ensure efficient management of the Automation and AI offerings through the life cycle.
lead the practice of data strategy in digital transformations, AI and Analytics
Accountable for leading the solution definition and MVP development of the global data exchange/ integration platform .
To be successful in the role you should have
Education: bachelor's degree in Telecommunication and/or data analytics/automation
Min years of experience: 8 years handling and completing relevant complex projects/activities
Ability to influence across the organization, optimally leading change, originating ideas, encouraging, and gaining dedication
Ability to communicate and drive engagement towards c-suite partners
Desirable to have prior experience in AI technologies
The ability to mentor and guide the business transformation leads to assess automation opportunities across the business areas.
Deep level of understanding and experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital transformation, one or more Automation, Analytics & AI technologies (AI, Data Analytics, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, low code, etc.)
Good understanding of translating business strategy to automation and work to build plans to support transformation using technology skills
Proven experience in product management, portfolio management is an additional advantage.
Excellent presentational skills and confidence in front of an audience
Deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure
IT environment/Software knowledge &Telco Network understanding is preferred.
Should have good knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
